Kyokushin is an independent karate style.
Kyokushin and Ashihara use more or less the same equipment, protection, suits, etc. if you would like to have it as a separate category, that is no problem, but as long as you are aware that they would probably also like to be called "Karate".
Kyokushin karate is a full-contact karate style, the Kyokushin style is traditional and therefore largely uses white equipment for training - however, this can vary from club to club.
At Nippon Sport, you will find everything you need to get you ready for your training. If you train in your Shin Kyokushin club, the only difference between the equipment is the blue chest badge, which is slightly different.
