Rauha is narrower than the "standard size" yoga bolsters, 16 cm in diameter. The thin bolster fits perfectly, for example, under the knees in forward bends or under the neck in savasana.

The bolster cover is removable and washable. Thanks to the zipper, you can add or remove the filling if necessary, and thus you always get the support that suits your needs.
