This Bulgarian Bag is the solution to becoming more explosive. It is designed by Wrestlers to improve their explosive power. It is made of PU material and filled with wool and sand. The wool makes it comfortable to wear, where the sand makes it heavy. There are 3 different handles which means that the bag can be used for different types of training. You can train both upper and lower body with this.
This Bulgarian Bag is available in 4 different weights; 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg. Each weight has its own color. This makes it easier to distinguish the different weights from each other.
