This weight vest 15 kg. puts 15 kg. extra on your shoulders during training. It can be used for both cardio training and weight training. The vest can be adjusted with the Velcro fasteners on the side. You can also adjust the weight with the small weight bags so that the weight can be lighter than 15 kg.
The weight vest comes in one size, and only in black. Furthermore, it contains 12 bags weighing 1.25 kg each.
