Can adhere to the skin for up to 5 days and is water resistant.
Kinesiology-tape is usually used for athletic injuries - be it to help heal the damage, soothe pain after the injury has occured, or to prevent damage from happening in the first place.
Since the tape is water resistant it can also be used for swimming.
For ideal adherence, remove any hair in the area that the tape is to be applied to, and make sure the skin is clean and dry.
The tape can sit on the skin for up to 5 days, but it is recommended to change it at least every 3 days.
