Description
Thera-Band exercise band is 15 cm wide and comes in a roll of 5.5 m. This unique exercise band has its strength in the degree of extension, which offers an almost linear resistance in the range from 100% to 500% extension.
Color 1: Beige - very very light.
Color 2: Yellow : very light.
Color 3: Red : light.
Color 4: Green : medium.
Color 5: Blue : above average.
Color 6: Black : hard.
Color 7: Silver : very hard
Color 8: Gold: extremely hard
The hardness/strength from color 1 to color 2 increases by approx. 20-25% and again from color 2 to color 3 with again 20-25% etc
