Measure your hand around the knuckles and follow this guide:
Up to approx. 16 cm = XS (S if you use hand wraps)
Up to approx. 18 cm. = S (M, if you use 4m hand wraps)
Up to approx. 20 cm. = M (L, if you use 4m hand wraps)
Up to approx. 22 cm. = L (XL, if you use 4m wraps)
Up to approx. 25 cm. = XL
