The TITAN LIFE Ab Wheel is used for effective abdominal training. Using an AB roller is one of the most challenging and effective exercises that can be done for the stomach.

Training with an AB wheel is considered to be one of the most effective and challenging abdominal exercises. An alternative to training on a Gymball (exercise ball) where you roll out lying down. With training on an AB wheel, you improve and optimize the movement by positioning yourself closer to the floor. This activates all muscles by maintaining stability and doing dynamic strength training.
Inexperienced beginners lie on their knees and push the AB wheel in front of them as far as the abs can hold. The further out you go, the more body weight will challenge stability and strength. As you gain more strength, it will come naturally to challenge yourself in different positions. Abdominal flexion alone does not give a flat stomach, but by working with, for example, an AB wheel, it will come naturally, as different muscle groups throughout the upper body are activated.
